Kissing burns Calories
As you know, we’re all about how to lose weight by accident, and kissing just might be the perfect definition of it. Here’s why:

Kissing is a natural high, which we can replace for our cravings for
chocolate, wine and cheese. According to Sheril Kirshenbaum, author of The Science of Kissing,
lip contact engages all of our senses, and involves five of our 12
cranial nerves. “Electric impulses bounce between the brain, lips,
tongue and skin, which can lead to the feeling of being on a natural
“high” because of a potent cocktail of chemical messengers involved.”
3. Kissing reduces our appetite. When we kiss, it releases the
hormone dopamine, which naturally causes feeling of euphoria, excitement
and a loss of appetite. I’m sure you can remember extreme examples of
this in your life when you were at the very beginning of a relationship.
When we’re in the throes of new love, we never think about food.
4. Kissing helps you relax. How many times do you go straight to the
fridge right when you get home from work? Most of the time it’s just to
get our minds to chill after a long stressful day at work. A better way
to relax is to have a 10 minute make-out session. Kissing causes you to
breathe more deeply and release oxytocin, which gives us the feeling of
tranquility.
